Keep this in mind when drawing fuel from a storage tank: Moist material rusts and leaves contaminants in the gasoline. Plastic tanks easily attract dirt. Kerosene collects dust, water, and airborne bacteria as soon as it is exposed to high humidity, rain, or snow, even for a short time. These contaminants can ruin your carburetor in no time. Tanks can contain condensation; and if water gets into your carburetor, it can completely destroy your engine. Our funnel uses a Teflon-coated stainless steel filter to remove all water and dirt from your gasoline, diesel, and oil-mixed gasoline. This ensures safe refueling. The funnel can be easily cleaned with plain water.
